My "aha!" Konnector moment came when we were doing Maroinette and I could feel my core intensely working to stabilize while my limbs moved independently. I knew then this would be a method I would incorporate into my future sessions.
My clients' faces lit up when they felt their core as I put them into Marionette. It was then they truly understood core connection.
I love Konnector because it allows me to bring creativity into my class and private sessions in a way that is accessible for most all of my clients.
