Service Description

Fees includes 1 Konnections® Band (Book any other workshop to get 1 more Konnections® Band for free) 9 am - 12 pm: Work 12 pm - 1 pm: Lunch 1 pm - 4 pm: Work Konnections for Original 34 Konnections uses an extra-long band to connect all four limbs. We have evolved the original Pilates movements to enhance your ability to teach and to help your personal practice. Gain increased movement perception and higher proprioceptive feedback. Konnections for mat will improve strength, body awareness, and conditioning.
