What is Konnections?

Konnections uses an extra-long band to connect all four limbs. We have evolved the original Pilates movements to enhance your ability to teach and to help your personal practice. Gain increased movement preception and higher proprioceptive feedback. Konnections for mat  will improve strength, body awareness, and conditioning.

Four limbs One Band

Your limbs are Konnected by one band.  This Konnection helps integrate and coordinate of the torso and the limbs. Experience enhanced mind-body communication. 

Proprioception

The bands help your body recognize and correct movement inefficiencies. Become aware of how your limbs are moving and how that energy is being transfered through your body.
