I realized it doesn’t let you hide. There’s nowhere to "cheat" an exercise or overuse a joint to move. You either have the muscle strength or you don't. That shift from forcing movement to actually feeling movement was the moment I knew this was a tool worth bringing into every corner of how I teach.
A mix of laughter and focus usually something like, “Wow… okay, that actually makes me feel that.” People don’t just notice tension or weakness they feel how to correct it without me always cueing it, and that’s rare.
It respects the intelligence of the body, reveals habitual patterns, and creates shifts you feel immediately. For someone who cares about real connection ie. muscle to mind, nervous system to everyday movement — it’s one of the best tools I’ve found.
