
My true feelings after the initial training with Konnector Reformer: When the body starts to have an "honest conversation"
The first time I put my limbs into the four-loop Reformer with four ropes, I felt as if I was loading a set of precise biological sensors onto my body. When Viktor the teacher activated the "Asymmetric Resistance Mode", my left shoulder suddenly felt 30% more strenuous than the right one - this imbalance felt by the body during training, like a straight punch breaking my years of Pranayama teaching cognition. It suddenly made me realize the "hidden compensation". But my body didn't tell me! While constantly switching training movements, I wanted to get more of the feelings my body should have from Viktor the teacher. That was what should have been there.
Later, after the training session, my shoulders became more relaxed. I thought it must have reached a better position. In the chaos, restoring order, this asymmetric structure training taught the body to dance with asymmetry.

第一次将四肢套入一条绳索四个套绳的Reformer中,我恍惚觉得自己在给身体装载一套精密的生物传感器。当Viktor老师启动「不对称阻力模式」的瞬间,左肩膀突然比右侧吃力了30%——这种在训练中身体感受到的不平衡,像一记直拳击碎了我多年教授普拉提的认知。令我突然意识到【隐藏的代偿】但是我的身体并没有告诉我!在不断切换训练动作时,令我想要在Viktor老师那里获得更多我身体本来应该有的感受,那是本就应该存在的。
后来在训练结束后,我的肩膀变得轻松了,我想它应该去到了更好的位置了,在混乱中重建秩序,这种非对称结构训练教会了身体与不对称共舞。

The moment that enlightened me was when I began to realize that the asymmetric training in the training process is to prevent the body from taking a lazy approach. There is no single mode of training that is fixed for all the time. It enables me to have more choices. I can do it together, on one side, on both sides, on the opposite side, with limbs together, with the whole body working together, and so on. My core is more involved rather than my neck. Here I gained a lot. In life, I can better arrange to play tennis with friends because it requires a lot of coordination and quick response of asymmetric functions.
令我恍然大悟的时刻,我开始意识到训练中的非对称性训练是让身体无法偷懒的,没有一个时刻是只有一个模式固化训练,它能够让我有更多的选择性,我可以一起,可以单侧,可以双侧,可以对侧还可以四肢一起还可以全身协同一起训练,我的核心更多的参与进来了而非我的脖子,这里让我收获很大。生活里我可以更好的约朋友一起打网球因为它需要很多的协调和非对称时功能的快速反应。
It doesn't seem to have much difference from the traditional reformer. The equipment is still the same equipment.
