I felt so relieved and excited! I grew up as a dancer and loved to be able to move freely. With the konnector my world expanded immensely on the reformer!

My "aha" moment with Konnector was went I put my feet in the straps for the first time and was able to move each leg independently while also in opposition. It was such a crazy feeling but I loved the challenge and freedom it provided!
My father has Parkinson's and with this disease it is common to have one side that is affected more than the other. This side may lag, get tighter or move slower. With the konnector it was incredible to put his feet/hands in the straps and have him move reciprocally. He was challenged, but enjoyed it! It gave him a brain exercise + a physical exercise which is incredible for this disease.
